To register your home for the decorating contest, please fill out the registration form below! The contest will run from November 24-December 15th, 2018. Voting will also be conducted online at www.eurekaevetscommitte.org. Winners will be announced at the City Council meeting on December 17th at 7:30 pm. The winner of each category will win a $50 EBA gift check, yard sign, & bragging rights! For questions please email the Eureka Events Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Rules to Participate: 1. Participants must reside within Eureka, IL city limits. 2. Contest is for exterior decorations only. 3. Participant recognizes that by submitting their application, their physical address (no name will be listed) will be posted on the Eureka Events committee website and other forms of social media. 4. Winners determined by popular vote on www.eurekaeventscommittee.org This is not a judged event. 5. Entry forms and votes will be accepted from November 25, 2017 at 5 pm thru December 9, 2017 at midnight. A picture of your decorated home must be included with this entry form. 6. There is no cost to enter. 7. Winners’ decorations must stay up through December 25, 2017. 8. Prizes will be awarded to 1st Place winner in each category. 9. Winners will be announced at the Eureka City Council meeting on December 11, 2017 at 7:30 plus on the EEC website & social media.
